1. Take time for yourself:

When we don't get enough sleep on a regular basis, it takes a pretty major toll on our bodies and minds, not to mention the fact that it can be very unhealthy. However, there are ways to make sure you get adequate sleep on a daily basis, even when life is hectic.
3. Drink lots of water:
Water is one of the best nutritional allies we have in the fight against stress, so if you're not drinking enough water , it's time to start.
4. Get some exercise:
Nothing takes the edge off stress like a good workout, and regular exercise can actually help you combat stress-related anxiety and depression as well.
5. Stay connected:
We all need some kind of connection in our lives, whether it be with our family, friends or romantic partners (or all three!). If you feel disconnected from anyone in your life, try working on reconnecting with them.
